i was have a vbulletin Copy licensed

but my admin mail is stole by some one

and he change my Licensing information

And vbulletin Closed mysite

and my admin mail Still stolen

what can i do ? to To re- Mylicensing

plesese help me

Because I am not good at dealing with the vbulletin company
