Cookie Question

I know this question doesn't belong on this board but I am unable to start new threads anywhere else... I have my email reistered and all but still doesnt help.. Anyways...

I don't under cookies.. One of my members have cookies enables (so that it keeps her signed in) but it keeps loggin' her out anyways... like in the middle of searching pages and such... If anyone could walk me through what I should put putting regarding cookies that would be sooo awesome! Right now I believe I left them all default... No one else seems to be having this prob tho, just one member..

Additional Info: VBulletin: 3.6, PhotoPost (the newest) I have two of them... And CMPS 2.2 I think it is? The newest..
