Access to support

I am an admin on a site that uses your board. I am trying to tweak some settings, but could use a little help. As I am not the purchaser, I cannot access this forum to get the help I need, and I really don't want to keep bothering "The Boss" to get him to ask.

I have started my own forum, but chose not to purchase this one because of this limitation (I don't want my admins constantly bothering me, and we are all in different time zones). I got a free one that is quite crappy, and I would really rather have this one.

Is there an additional support package that I could purchase along with this? Is there perhaps a plan to introduce something like this in the future???

Short of buying your own vBulletin license, no.

Simply ask your boss to add you to the priority support list and you can access support as often as you need.
