SMF integration

Is it possible to integrate the vbulletin user database with SMF or any other forum software? :confused:

I want my forums to share the user data.

There is no support for that. However, if you're keen on doing so, I'm sure there are ways you can custom code it for your site.

Why having two different forum software? vBulletin has an SMF importer that will import almost all data from SMF into vBulletin, such like usernames, threads/posts, private messages, attachments, etc.

I actually doubt you'll be able to use them off the same database. The structure is completely different.

vBulletin can import from SMF. At the end of the import, you'd delete your SMF forum. But there is no way to integrate 2 competing forum programs.
