I have an UBB Classic (6.5) board, and I'd like to know if I'll be able to import that board into the existing version of Vbulletin. Thank you for your assistance.

That address import from UBB Threads 6.5, not UBB Classic 6.5. :(

It's a tier two impex importer. ubb_classic 6.3 - 6.7
