Import Uses - Goes Blank

I have approximately 500 + members in PHPBB and when I try to do the module for the users, it finally just goes to a blank white screen. Anything I should be doing?

CLEAN
Type of import (clean or merge). A clean import is into an empty board, a merge is a board that has data, also if a merged import if there was any previous imports.

Source board system and version.Newest VB 3.6.4

Target version.Import User

Module issue occurred on.No error - just blanks to white screen

Any SQL error reported.

nevermind - it appears it was the avatars import that was taking it too long - i just nixed that.
