OK, what am I doing wrong?

I keep getting an error when I try to run Impex, see attached file. The error pops up immediately after I enter my customer number and then sends me back the to Enter Customer Number screen. What gives?

Make sure all the files from impex have been uploaded. And that the details in the impexconfig.php file are correct.

You can go to the tools.php file (from do_not_upload/ folder, in the vb.zip) and run rebuild bitfields to attempt to fix this.
