You need to upgrade first to 2.3.12 before upgrading to 3.6.4

The files you are looking for are only present in the 2.3.12 zip file.

*cough*

Sorry about that. I got a bit carried away. 2.3.11 is the latest version of vBulletin 2, so you will need to upgrade to that first.

The upgrade instructions to upgrade from 2.3.3 to 2.3.11 are the ones that you posted earlier where you need to run each script individually.

Sorry my mistake.
Now I have upgraded to 2.3.11 but I cannot find file "upgrade35.php" in the admin folder. Where should I go from here?

OK, now upload your 3.6.4 files. You will need to edit includes/config.php to point to your database.

When you have done this, point your browser to yourforums/install/upgrade.php You will be asked to enter your customer number, then it's just a case of keep clicking next until it's done. It will take a while as there a lot of versions to go through.

You'll need to point the "Title Image" to the correct logo.

Go to your admincp -> Styles & Templates -> Click Go for All Style Options -> Scroll down to "Title Image" and correct the path there to the correct logo. Scroll down and click save.

Remove the directory admin from your server. You need to use the control panel at yourforums/admincp in vBulletin 3.x

Sweet :). Got everything up and running. Thanks guys.
One more thing I am trying to figure out is that in the 2.3 version we had pictures pasted inside the posts but in 3.6 version these are appearing as attachments. Do you know how to fix this?

Thanks

Ok, a few settings that you can experiment with are as follows:

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Message Attachment Options > Resize Images

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Message Attachment Options > View Attached Images Inline

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Message Attachment Options > Thumbnail Creation

AdminCP > Attachments > Attachment Manager > Max Height/Max Width/Max File Size

The combination of these settings chosen determines how the attached images will be displayed in posts.

When you have changed these you will need to go to

AdminCP > Maintenance > Update Counters > Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails

This is to rebuild your attachments so that the new settings take effect for all attachments.

All these settings are enabled but when I go to rebuild the thumbnail counter I get an error saying your php does not support image support. If your server does not support image then enable GD. GD is already enabled. What is GD??? How to fix it?
Thanks

You are still running 2.3.3 as far as I can tell:

http://www.whitehilltech.com/forum/

If you are running 3.6.4 what is the URL to that forum?
