1. There is a domain name that becomes available in two weeks, but i want to start working on my vBulletin right now on my existing site then transfer it to my new site. Can i do this and how?

2. Integrating multiple boards into one vB seems like a huge task. Using ImpEx, is there a tutorial or someone that will help me out with using this?

1. Yes. Simply update the URL in the members area.
