Hi,
Yesterday my site and forum were down without warning. I emailed host support and they replied the server was down and were working on it. The site returned but the forum didn't, I emailed them several times and they replied that it will be up in a few hours.
Now the forum is still not up although they say the server is working now and they have not admitted its their error.
I posted here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=218079) first hoping I'd find a way to recover the missing file.
My host is Site5.
Any suggestions on what I should do are welcome.
