impex import 3.5 to 3.6

Hi i have just installed a 3.6 forum, created an admin and now want to importe my ole 3.5 database that i have on a different server. So i did a .sql backup om my old database and now i want to inport it to my new forum, how do i do this? I cant acces my old mysql server remotly :/

First, please note thet using Impex is *not* the correct way to upgrade and we strongly recommend against this. If this is what you are doing, then use the upgrade process instead.
