Posts ascending - descending order

I just set up a board. http://www.treeworld.info/

OK here's the deal.

All new member are getting a default of newest post firsts. Un less they go into their User CP and change the setting. The most common format is seeing the original post then scrolling down reading about whatever the subject is.

So why is it defaulting to Newest first? Where do I change it for oldest first?

Most likely a configuration error in your vBulletin Options.
Admin CP > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options > Default Registration Options > Options > Thread Display Mode: Set to "Linear - Oldest First".
