Only getting the not_found.html page

I i'm trying to redirect my old phpbb2 forum to my new vbulletin version 3.6.5 running both on IIS (maybe this is the problem?)I've installed the 404 script and also configured the 404_actions table, but i am only getting the not_found.html page and not getting redirected to the new forum.

If i set debug on, i get this

Action ::
SQL ::
REQUEST_URI :: /404.php?404;http://www.mydomain.it:80/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=194 (http://www.mydomain.it/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=194)

and nothing more... :(

I post this thread again because i didn't get any answer (sorry for the spam) and i must close quickly my old forum due to several hacker attack.


Anybody can help me ?

Fairly sure our 404 file is only designed to run on apache.
