Help me!

How can I get rid of those five icons at the top right of my BB? I've searched through all the scripts to no avail! Can I change them to just text links?!?!

in the CP, go to Templates, Edit (or Modify) and edit the fivelinks themplate.

zorz-any layout changes are made with the templates, not in the scripts themselves.

Once you get used to it, this script is ALOT easier to use then any of the rest out there.

yes, it's very easy... i have had vbulletin for 5 weeks now... starting out as newbie was easy too ... just have to get over the hestitation and nerves of thinking you are going to mess something up :)

yeah, I still haven't completely gotten past it yet, I'm reluctant to install any major hacks, namely the PM hack.

yeah, after getting rangersfan's avatar hack installed, I am more comfortable with it ... but the PM hack i think i will wait for it to be added into a release :)

Just use version 0.9.3 or whatever I numbered it - there's very little to change in vB's files.

Actually the PM hack was the first vBulletin hack that I tried to install, and it went really well. I think Mike did a wonderful job of documenting all of the changes well. I know, it *does* look daunting when you open up the instructions, but if you just take it step by step it should be pretty easy :)
