Questions about the price of upgrade after membership expired.

What if you own the license but your membership expired a long while ago. Can you still just pay the 30 membership fee to recieve the upgraded version of vb or do you have to buy a whole new license?

An owned license renewal is $30 and can be renewed at anytime. The renewal will give you access to all the latest versions for the next 12 months.
