If I wanted to change my on/off gifs what would I need to do?

name the graphics that you want in their places on and off, and upload them into your forum/images directory.

better yet, rename the original ones via ftp to onb.gif and offb.gif and then upload new ones on.gif and off.gif that way you can revert back without uploading again :D

Yeah, upping an extra 2 kb when you revert back is a real bitch ;)
