Upgrade 3.5.7 - 3.6.4 with old impex tables in db

Back when we were running vb 3.5.4, we used impex for an import. After the import was done, we forgot to uninstall impex (which would have removed the changes made to the db for impex to function). After that, the site was upgraded to vb 3.5.7. Now that we're looking to upgrade to version 3.6.4, i am wondering if it's safe to do so or if we need to uninstall impex first, etc...

Will the upgrade scripts take care of the impex db entries automatically or do we need to manually remove them, or can we just re-upload the impex files for v3.5.7 and uninstall impex, then upgrade?

The old impex fields and tables will not be a problem when upgrading.

The upgrade did go smoothly, thanks. i would however like to drop them to clean up the db a little, is there an uninstall script or query which will get 'em all outta my db?
