does anyone know how i can change the vbulletin logo at the top of the page to my own site logo

Upload your logo to the images directory then change the location of your forum logo here:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> style name -> Style Vars (in the All Style Options drop-down menu) -> Images Paths -> Title Image

Im blind I just know it. Where is the section on the cp where I can upload to the images directory??

You have to use your FTP program and upload your new image to the forums/images/misc directory. Just overwrite the one already there that vBulletin uses by default as your header banner image called "vbulletin3_logo_white.gif
