Its not really pre-sales, I just bought vb, and I have a question about IMPEX

IMPEX is the software that converts phpBB to vbulletin right? In that case, what do I need to install first, vb or impex? I literally just bought vbulletin, and im an extreme vbulletin noob.

Install vB and then follow instructions for ImpEx found here (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/ImpEx).
