Support is great here. godaddy, might be the wrong host to go with as they suck. I have used them many years ago and have had nothing but problems with them.

Was just on the phone with Serverbeach.. talk about some high$$ That was for managed hosting, I won't need to go that route right?
Should I think about a host in Las vegas.. ?

You can start with shared hosting.

http://Register.com
They support VBulletin.. They are on the NYSE.. for less than 40.00 per month they can host ..
Gives me access to the tech in the backroom for support...
and that is shared hosting...
The thing is I don't want some big hassel with hosting, I have heard alot of stories..

$40 a month? Web hosting for someone starting out with vBulletin should be about $10 a month.
NYSE listing has nothing to do with quality web hosting. Yahoo and AOL are on the NYSE and I wouldn't touch them. There are definitely some bad hosting out there, but don't assume the "big names" are the right answer. WebHostingTalk.com can help you sort the good from the bad.

I suggest www.lunarpages.com (http://www.lunarpages.com). They have the best support and 99.9% uptime.
They also have online / phone and ticket support to help if you need any help. There first shared package, is cheap, affordable and worth every penny.

Well,
Tried to get into lunarpages, and wasn't able to...I am running 1 below a T1 so I know that it wasn't my connection.. and Powweb looks like a Godaddy reseller program, Which I am totally unsure of..But I don't want to spend time trcking down the who is.. and all that...
But WebHostingTalk Forum is a Definite keeper... I do appeciate it!
