Greetings! Us such question interests, whether there is a converter with SMF 1.0.8 in vBulletin 3.6.x? Tell please, it is grateful!

Yes there is an Importer for SMF. It's called Impex, and available for download once you've purchased a license for vBulleti :)

Click Members, then it should be a menu item "Download Impex" in the left hand menu.

Before proceeding to vBulletin I need to know if Impex can convert an SMF UTF-8 site to vBulletin Iso-8859-7
