Yes they do. You may request that while purchsing a license.

After selecting which license you would like (Leased or Owned) you can choose to order a professional installation for $135.00 plus the license fee.

Thanks, I've already had my vb for over a year, I'm moving it to a new host and wanted to do a new install.

You can click on 'Upgrade / Renew' next to the license in your members area and should be able to order the installation service from there.
