The specs of your system are a bit confusing. Do you have 1GB of RAM or 2GB? Exactly what processor(s) do you have? Last time I checked there is no such thing as a 7300-series Xeon chip. There is a 5300-series, is that what you have?

In any case, extra RAM will always help because that will allow you to increase the caches and buffers for MySQL.

That hard drive is going to really strangle you though. A single 7200 RPM drive isn't suitable for server use.

Well your phpinfo link doesn't seem to load at all ?

For question #7, open windows command prompt and navigate to were mysql binary clients are i.e. were mysqladmin, mysqldump, mysqlcheck are located i.e.

C:\mysql\bin

then type

mysqladmin -u root -p var ext ver > C:\stats.txt

then go and fine C:\stats.txt and open it and copy and paste it's contents here in this thread.
