Date for custom styles/templates per forum/category?

Just wondering if you guys have a date for this?

I'd really appreciate if it came out before the summer-release, as it doesn't seem like a huge job in itself.

Other than this, its one hell of a great board :D

You can do custom styles for forums as it is. You can specify custom templates for most forum items. See the manual for the exact details on how this works.

As I can't find the option for custom styles on a per forum basis *anywhere*. Is it just through creating color-variable-less templates?

Go to modify>forums>edit

Click the edit link on any forum, then scroll lower on the page, there you go, what appears to be fully customizable forums.

It is sort of colourless - what you can do is create some new 'replacements' in that area in the control panel. For example, you might want to have {forum1bgcolor} replaced with #111111. You can then use that {forum1bgcolor} in your new templates for the forum.

The next (== summer) version will make it easier.
