Compiling Apache, PHP and MySQL on Windows

I have Visual Studio 2005 Standard Edition. Does anyone know how I would compile Apache, PHP and MySQL on Windows?

AWS might have some advice for you. I'd guess you'd need to download the source and start a new project, then compile it.
