Why a Flash SWF file wouldnt play in Vbulletin?

I have an SWF flash banner file on my vb site and I have one person whos computer will not play the file but 4 other computers i have test from play it just fine. If i upload the swf file to the root of the domain and let them view the file it plays fine, but just not through vbulletin for them. It works fine for me and three other computers both ways just not theirs.

My question to all this is this.... Is there anything within Windows XP that would cause his computer to NOT allow this flash banner to play???

Also is there any flash program that gets installed by default from Windows XP that could have gotten corrupt or uninstalled by someone or something that would cause this?

Um there is the simple fact that you have to download the flash plugin for it work.

UM, There is also the simple fact that we do not know what flash plugin we need to download, if that is infact what is causing this. :)

How about a little more help instead of being like that? Like I said this is with only one member who is having this issue, it works find on 4 other members computers just not this one guy.

What would have had to been altered, ajusted, or removed to be causing his issues? Anyone know?

If I had access to google at work I would tell you. It also depends on what version of IE or Firefox u are running. However this should be a simple google search.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

What could this guy have removed from their computer or changed the settings on that would cause a flash banner not to show up? He has Windows XP Home Edition installed.
