ok guys were do i upload the whole new vb 3.6.4 to? to the main root folder?

Upload all the new files over the old ones in your current installation.

I have 3.6.2 patched to 3.6.3. Now with this 3.6.4 I would like to do a full upgrade problem is that I have vbportal and a theme installed. will this process be clean or will I run the risk of damaging it all?
