Friendly URLs, Add-on for keywords and descriptions, customizing template

Hi once again,

I have a few more short questions cause you are experts here and this would not take a while for you to answer:

1. Please, recommend an add-on to make user friendly URLs. It should use words from the post's title.
2. Please, recommend an add-on to setup keywords (comma separated words from title) and descriptions (certain symbols from post body text) for each page SEPARATELY.
3. How to modify tables by adding the following columns: user name (who started the thread), date when thread started.
