I currently run 3.6.2 in my TEST DOMAIN. I've purchase another domain and hosting on another company which we will use as we will launch the forum to the public. The TEST FORUM has some important data which I want to retain.

Now, in my new hosting and new domain, I want a fresh install of 3.6.3 but I also want the data in my TEST FORUM on another domain to be transfered to our new hosting. Is this possible?

Please advice :)

You want this new data on the fresh install? If so, why don't you just move the database over instead of installing?

So can I just do fresh install of 3.6.3 in my new host and just import the data from my TEST FORUM?

No. You should move the db and forums to the new server, make sure everything works, then upgrade.

Ok, that's what supposed to be the thing to do as stated in your manual but I just want to have a 3.6.3 installed without upgrading from 3.6.2.

But if that's the only choice then I'll just do it :)

Thanks for the suggestions Steve.

Steve I got other opinion below and hope this will work.

1. Upgrade my TEST FORUM from 3.6.2 to 3.6.3
2. Export my TEST FORUM's database (Structure and Data, include Add DROP TABLE) through phpMyAdmin, let's say I save this as OLDVB.sql
3. Install a fresh VB 3.6.3 in my new host.
4. Import OLDVB.sql to the database I created during installation of 3.6.3 in my new host through phpMyAdmin again.

Will this work? I just need your expert advice before doing so :)

My 'expert' advice is what I posted in post #4, but if you want to take someone else's advice then by all means do so. I would not do it that way myself. :)
