The entire import process works fine. I have read and applied all procedures from the "After an Import" documentation (except removing the ImpEx files). All the statistics of users and posts are right. The forums are correct. The problem is that 99% of the posts are missing in the forums, and on the index.php page the "Last Posts" have the post name but are missing the author (e.g. they say "Post Title by " with no username after the "by"). Also when I go to a user's profile and click on posts by that user it cannot find any posts.

Please help.

As you can see, most of the posts are missing in the forums, although Impex successfully imported them

You have '4367 articles' in phpBB and 4379 posts in vB. What is missing exactly?

If you try and access those articles on vBulletin you will find that the system cannot find them. They are there I'm sure but do not seem to be linked to particular users.

Thank you that helped display the topics.

However the problem still exists. For example, in the 'Main Board' forum (http://www.realcasanova.co.za/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8 (http://www.realcasanova.co.za/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8%29)
) you can see the posts but the date is wrong (all say 01-01-1970...), and the author doesn't appear. This is the same in all forums. Furthermore, if you click on a topic, it does not show the post. For example if you click on "Paradoxical Intention" (http://www.realcasanova.co.za/forums/showthread.php?t=695) in the Main Board, you will see nothing there. Compare this to the PhpBB2 post of the same name http://realcasanova.co.za/forum/viewtopic.php?t=751 (http://realcasanova.co.za/forum/viewtopic.php?t=751%29)

Are you sure you followed all the 'After the Import' instructions here:

http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/impex_cleanup

If so, then all I can suggest is that you clear out the imported data and try again.

I deleted the database and started again, and it worked!
