Is there anyone I can hire to perform upgrade

I am on version 3.5.2 and would like to upgrade to the 3.6.3 version (the latest stable version)

Is there anyone either at vbulletin or somewhere else that can perform this for me?

I am a business owner and not very technically inclined.

I have asked my hosting company and there fees seem a bit steep!:eek:

If you go to the Members' Area and follow the Upgrade/Renew link behind your license, you will have the option to order the Professional Upgrade.
