Deleting files for security

Hi,

Why is there an asterix on the upgrade*.php installation instructions. Also the tools.php file do you only upload and delete this when you need it? In other words it won't be on your server to start with?

tools.php has a lot of powerful features.
For example you are able to make a user an admin (if you locked yourself out or for other reasons,), so it's better not to have it on your server.

The asterisk in upgrade*.php is most likely referring to all upgrade files (upgrade36b1.php, upgrade36b2.php,..).
