question about 3.0.7 to 3.6.3

Hi I'm ready to update ny forum from 3.0.7 to 3.6.3!

I did my practice forum (which has only 3 members) and it was a piece of cake!!! Plus I installed a new Vbadvance cmps on it.
My question is; when I update my 'real' forum 2,500 members. Will I have to reset all the moderators and reset any newer user groups I have?
I did a ton of add-on hacks, I'm prepared to lose all of them, I've downloaded newer versions of them and they work on my practice forum, so that should be no trouble. Just wondering about re-setting permissions and moderators and newer user groups I made?

You should not have to reset any permissions.
