SMF Import worked - Nothing showing up?

Source: SMF 1.1RC3
Target: vB 3.6.3

Impex seemed to run fine - All the modules executed and terminated properly, but when I go to the forum, only the "Main" category and "Main" forum show up. No custom forums nor posts are showing up.

Yet, when I look at the statistics, I see "Threads: 685, Posts: 3,282, Members: 145, Active Members: 66"

What could I have overlooked that causes the data to not show up?

Please follow the 'After the Import' instructions here:
