Does anyone knows about a good survey/questionnaire software, that is written in PHP? So far I've found two reliable options:
iSalient (http://www.activecampaign.com/isalient): Version 1.0 is no longer purchasable, & version 2.0 Beta is coming mid November. However, I would wait for it taking into consideration 1-2-All good reputation.
PHPSurveyor (http://phpsurveyor.org): Very nice one, free & licensed under GPL. However, development pace seems to be slow, & current latest version isn't stable enough yet!All other solutions are either not written in PHP, or are hosted solutions which is not a choice for me.
