Hi, I've just installed vBulletin a few minutes ago, it's my first time to install this software and luckily everything went smoothly except... :
After the installation I deleted the install\install.php, and then I wanted to know if other users could access this file: install\upgrade.php or not, then I accessed that file from my browser, and I didn't realize that the browser DID remembered my customer number and just guided me to process upgrading, I was thinking it was normal, so I processed the upgrading steps, untill the end, at last I know if I wholly close the browser and re-open to access the upgrade.php, I will be asked to enter the customer number. Damn but I've just run an "upgrade" to my fresh installed forum... so stupid I am.
So my question is, till now I have done: a fresh install + a stupid "self upgrade" (from current latest version to the current latest version). And I am thinking that maybe what I have done may has harmed the forum system, could anyone tell me whether I need to entirely re-install the forum Or the "upgrade" I ran in fact didn't changed anything so I don't have to worry and no need to re-install at all?
