Replies display 0 and thread is equal to post

Hi all

vBulletin 3.6.2 with no plugins, fresh install
Impex 1.67

After importing a snitz forum into vbulletin and doing all the after import stuff, I got 2 problems.
First one, all posts show 0 replies but have some.
I have done rebuild stuff from the admin without success.

And now, my forum show me the same number for the posts and the thread.
I now that if I re-import my forum it will be fix but before restarting from 0, I want to know if there are another way to do it.

Which version of Snitz ?

Also you can't re-run the post module for the snitz import, you have to run through the whole import in one go and no-reruns as the threads module imports the first post.

From what I can see the version is:
Snitz Forums 2000 Version 3.1 SR4

Also I just running it 1 time.
After the import, the doc say you have to run 3 step to complete the move, like rebuilding the search cache, post and thread info.
This is after that I start getting my problem.

For now, I have done a custom script that update the Post and Thread Count, but I'm sure there is another way to do it..

There is no need for custom scripts at all, are you importing from MySQL or MSSQL.
