Upgrade 3.5.4 to 3.6.2

I finish updating my forum to version 3.6.2 from the 3.5.4 and when acceding to the panel of installed administration one is not complete single some of plugings Where is the problem?

Plugins are not a supported feature of the upgrade. You'll need to reapply the plugins you had installed.

The problem this is that I do not have access to the different options from the panel, I do not see it complete

If you are not a Super Administrator, you might need to ask to set your permissions again. There have been some new Admin Permissions introduced in 3.6.

I am administrator of the forum but you can detallame the new data put in config.php I am Spanish and I walk lost with the English
