problem with incomplete/partial import

hi, i've been having this problem since yesterday.

impex only transfers approximately 2k users, and when i try to increase the number of 'Users to import per cycle' to around 10k, the import frame shows 'The page cannot be displayed'.

could this be a php/server timeout setting or there's something wrong (unlikely ?) with the impex utility ?

Try lowering the number of users per cycle to 500.

the number of successful import is always less than what i enter as the number of 'Users to import per cycle' and the 'Failed' count is always 1.
