Text editor users

I just imported all users and posts from my phpbb forum, everything did go well... Except i have to change in everyone his account that the texteditor and the smileys are enabled when posting. So when people now want to post the only get a field without the tools bold, italic, smileys, etc.

Is there a way to change that for everybody, in stead of changing that per user?

This options i have to set:

Message Editor Interface
* Do Not Show Editor Toolbar
Show Standard Editor Toolbar
Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor Toolbar

That would be the one named 'Show Standard Editor Toolbar'. ;)

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query
