I want somebody to help me with an import.
I have a small forum (aproximately 16,000 posts) and I want to import data from that forum into my new vBulletin forum.
My old forum was coded by a friend and isn't one of the systems ImPex supports. But the data structure is pretty straightforward and I can output it easily as a dump or csv file.
Is there a way to import from a custom system like this? I am prepared to put in the time and do as much work as it takes -- I just need someone to advise on how to do it.
I asked for help on another forum and was directed here. I hope it's ok to ask for help here.
