Changing a forum?

Lets say I start a forum using vBulletin software ($160 plan), and we will call it Forum A. Well, Forum A sucks and I want to start a new forum, Forum B. Can I use Forum A and just restart from scratch , get a new domain. Or will I need to buy a new forum?

You can move your copy of vBulletin to any domain you like, as long as it's only on one at a time. Be sure to update your license info in the Members Area to point to the new URL.
