Impex won't even let me enter the customer number.

I've attached an image of what it looks like when I click 'Impex' in the ACP. I uploaded everything in the zip file via ftp and that's what's happening right now. When I input my customer number and click continue it simply refreshes the page..

Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Are you sure that your customer number is correct and there are no spaces added in with a cut'n'paste ?

Tried download ImpEx again, there might of been a file corruption in transfer.
