Will ImpEx import DragonflyCMS?

I have a vBulletin site and was showing it to a friend of mine and she really liked it. She would like to transfer her forum site over to vBulletin and from what I understand, ImpEx is the tool to do this with. Will ImpEx import DragonflyCMS (her current s/w)?

I am not familiar with all the importing lingo, but here is the website that she got the s/w from:

Sorry but there is no import script available to that system. You would have to write a custom script to do this.
