I have lost several threads now trying to merge them! There should be done something about this soon, because one of them was a big thread (500 replies :()

after along time of loading you get the message: The thread couldn't be found (or something like that)

and the thread is lost

I have a feeling it hasn't been looked at cause it's likely unreproducible. Merging works on this board every time for me.

hmm...very strange...

It's been only once succesfull for me :(

Especially the loading takes a long long time (while my board is very fast)

The only lengthy code in there would be the search re-indexing, which I am currently looking at improving.

But this happens after the posts are moved, so it should not lose any data!

I'll keep my eye on this one.

i have also merged a thread, but i have used a wrong url. So i merged a thread with itself. The result is, that the thread is lost.

maybe a check for duplicate threadid's would be great.

I had same problem of losing the thread when I accidentally tried to merge it with itself. No one is responding to my post elsewhere on how to fix this.

Please include a check of for the treadis's in the next release. I have lost another thread because one of my mods merged it with itself :(

And I can not find the threadid in the database anymore.
Please make a fix.
