That's what I am using, it is just javascript so I put it in the footer template.

Anybody know a way to look up ips? I can figure out how to save each ip in a database, but not how to look up what region it's from or any of that other jazz.

I was thinking about making a stat program for my site, but it'll take a bit of reading to even know what I want completely.

I'm using three actually, but I'll cut it down to two soon.

StatCounter: I'll be removing this one. It works good, but I'd rather have something that I can use forever. Once you get over a certain amount of hits, you have to upgrade.

Google Analytics: Keeping this one, it works pretty good. Free.

HaveAMint: Only costs $30 and works unlimited. I use it on my main site and forums. Works great. :)

awstats is not a footer code, tahts google analytics.

Awstats runs off server logs as far as I know ? so you need to update the site.com.conf file in your cgi-bin folder when you uploaded it to.
