Purchase question

Hi all,

Ive attempted purchasing an owner license of Vbulletin, but have yet received an email that it is being processed or what, or even if it has gone through-absolutely nothing. Ive sent an email and filled out the sales help form twice and have not heard anything yet....

I want to use your product but Im quite unhappy with the service thus far.

Is there anything else I can do to get a respoonse?
