How do I check to see if my hosting company is running at these levels? I want to upgrade from 3.5.4 to 3.6.1.

PHP 4.3.3 or greater and MySQL 4.0.16

Set this:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Admin Control Panel Options -> Yes

Then refresh your Admin CP page. The versions will be at the top.

I am using MySQL version 4.1.12-log is it makes any problems? I have got no problems currently..

That is greater than the minimum required - 4.0.16.
