Help! Upgrade failure.

I'm upgrading from 5.5.4 to 3.6.1.

I've uploaded all of the files.

I've paid for my liecence renew.

I uploaded all the files, including the install. When I run the upgrade.php I put in my liencese number and it just clears the field and dose nothing when I click on "Enter Upgrade System"

Please help! :) (Right now 1100 or so people are trying to login to post, doh!)

Well I entered my OTHER vB forum ID and it worked. I DID pay to renew this one, maybe you haven't applied it yet...

Each license is a seperate entity.

When you purchase another year's of upgrade at $30.00 for 12 months of upgrades, it is only applicable to that one license you purchased it for. It does not apply to all owned licenses you currently have in your possession.

I know that. I DID pay for both of them, however I guess the one didn't go through yet (as it was today) so I used my other ID for my other forum and it worked, thanks!
