Changing webhost (urgent)

Tomorow I'm changing from webhost and so I need to transfer my forum, all boards, posts, threads, settings, template... How do I do this? I don't want to lose anything.

What does this mean?

Telnet/SSH into the server where your vBulletin is currently installed. We will call this machine1.

Just spoke with my current host and they don't support it. What can I do now?

If you don't have telnet or SSH access, some people have reported success with these scripts:

I asked my old host and they moved the database to the new host for me. Thanks anyway.
